Welcome to Burnham on Crouch Quay Day’s Official Website

Here you will find all the information you need about Burnham Quay Day and its history direct from the organisers.  Quay Day is free to visitors and there is usually a park and ride service from the edge of the town in Burnham-on-Crouch.

Arrive by Train on a Cheap Rail Fair

Abellio Greater Anglia have also put on pre-bookable cheap rail fares from Wickford and all stops to Burnham.  Catch the train from Wickford at 11.36am (please see Abellio’s timetable for stops at Battlesbridge, South Woodham Ferrers, North Fambridge and Althorne).  To book your tickets please visit www.esscrp.org.uk.  Return ticket prices are £5 per adult and £1 per child.  Ticket booking will close approximately 48 hours before the event.

Originally Quay Day was from the Anchor Hotel to the War Memorial but in 2018 was extended to include the Quay towards Riverside Par and Riverside Park itself, where children’s entertainment, fresh food  – the ‘Picnic in the Park’, Hot Rod American Car Show and live music played.

Burnham Quay Day is always on the August Bank Holiday Monday along the Quay to Millfields Park, Burnham on Crouch from 12:00-5:00pm
